【重要/Important】出張等における県外移動情報の登録について/Registration of information on out-of-prefecture transfers in business trip etc..

Dear FRIS members,
as I mentioned in an earlier mail, "Registration of information on out-of-prefecture transfers" has been added to items in the control system of FRIS due to the downgrade to Level 1 of the Action Plan.
All FRIS members, regardless of the department where they work, such as the mentor's department, are requested to register their out-of-prefecture travel information at the URL below when they travel out of the prefecture for business or when they have visitors from outside the prefecture for joint research or meetings.

過日お知らせしております通り、行動指針レベル１への引き下げに伴い、学際研管理体制に【県外移動情報の登録】を新規追加しております。
学際研構成員はメンター部局等の居住部局に関わらず全員、「出張で県外移動する場合」および「共同研究、打合せ等で県外から来訪者がある場合」に必ず下記URLにて県外移動情報を事前登録してください。
