Quantum 2.0 2022 ※Remote

期間/ 2022.6.13-16

With the help of the "Support for the presentation in international conferences 2022" program offered by the Frontier Research Institute for Interdisciplinary Sciences, I had the privilege of delivering a talk at the Quantum 2.0 conference. This conference aims to promote and facilitate the development of quantum information science and technology by exploring many-body quantum superposition, entanglement, and measurement to advance science and technology, including quantum computing and simulation, quantum communications, and quantum sensing. The conference was held in Boston, MA, United States, from 13-16 June 2022.

During the meeting, I had the opportunity to attend various plenary lectures, including one delivered by Professor J. Preskill of Caltech, a world-renowned authority in the field of quantum computing. Attending other lectures and poster presentations gave me new insights and knowledge on the latest research techniques, which will undoubtedly contribute to my research development.

I presented my research results via an online poster titled "Measurement of spin systems under the Faraday interaction." The presentation covered my findings on a Faraday interaction in the light-matter interface for evaluating error and disturbance and examining their uncertainty relations. I also had the opportunity to discuss my research with interested researchers in related fields.

I am grateful for the support program that enabled me to participate in such a valuable experience, and I thank the Frontier Research Institute for Interdisciplinary Sciences for this opportunity.
