令和５年３月１４日付け通知「行動指針ＢＣＰの「レベル０」への移行と学内でのマスク取扱い等について」でお知らせしているとおり、４月１日から東北大学の行動指針（ＢＣＰ）がレベル０へ移行することとなりました。
これらを踏まえ、学際研で実施しておりました下記対応を停止いたします。
今後も、東北大学および行政の指針に従った対応をお願いいたします。

１．「学際科学フロンティア研究所入退所状況」の運用
令和2月4月より、有事の際の感染拡大防止等を目的として下記「学際科学フロンティア研究所入退所状況」の入力をお願いしておりましたが、４月１日以降は入力不要（運用停止）となります。

学際研居住研究室責任者に、研究室のオンサイト活動および各人の感染防止行動把握を目的として「学際研新型コロナ対策チェックシート」の入力をお願いしておりましたが、４月１日以降は報告不要（運用停止）となります。

４．「学際研新型コロナ対策における催事開催状況記録」の登録
本学のBCPレベル0への移行に伴い、催事・イベントの開催に制限がなくなるため、４月１日以降は「学際研新型コロナ対策における催事開催状況記録」の登録は不要となります。

５．学際研におけるセミナー等事業の開催について
本学のBCPレベル１の間、セミナー室の利用人数を制限していましたが、制限を解除します。
また、催事の前後を含めて飲食を伴う意見交換会等は原則禁止としていましたが、禁止を解除します。

As announced in the March 14, 2023 notice, " A message about our moving to Level 0 of Tohoku University Emergency Action Plan (BCP)
and our approach to the wearing of masks on campus" Tohoku University's BCP will transition to Level 0 on April 1, 2023.
In light of the above, the following actions that have been taken at ISIR will be suspended.

1. Suspension of the "FRIS Attendance at Tohoku University"
We have been requesting that you fill in the "FRIS Attendance at Tohoku University" for the purpose of preventing the spread of infection, etc. However, it will no longer be required (operation will be suspended) after April 1, 2023.

The "学際研新型コロナ対策チェックシート" has been requested to be completed by head of the FRIS Laboratory for the purpose of understanding the on-site activities of the laboratory and the infection prevention behavior of each person, but the report is no longer required after April 1.

4. Suspension of the "Event information registration"
Following the University's transition to BCP Level 0, restrictions on the holding of events etc. will be removed.
Accordingly, from April 1, 2023 onwards, it will no longer be necessary to submit the "Event information registration".

5. Organizing seminars and other events at FRIS
The number of participants who can use the seminar room has been restricted during BCP level1, but the restriction is removed.
