〇本研究所における対応
本日から、学際研メンバー（教職員（非常勤職員を含む）・学生・派遣職員等全てのメンバー）が学際研へ立ち入る場合は研究所長及び事務室長への報告を義務付けます。立ち入りの日時等を以下のフォームに必ず登録してください。

全国に緊急事態宣言が発令されたことに伴い、本学においても感染拡大防止を一層徹底するため、４月１７日より 5月６日まで行動指針がレベル４へ引き上げられました。学際研においても、本学の行動指針による対応とします。これは、学際研メンバーの健康と安全を守ること、ひいてはそれにより社会の健康と安全を守ることを最優先に考えての措置となります。皆様におかれては、一人一人が自覚して感染拡大防止のための行動をとることを強く要請します。

■ 研究活動は、以下の研究スタッフ（事情によっては大学院生・研究員も可）のみ研究室への立ち入りが許可されます。できるだけ交代制とし、立ち入り者相互の面談を避けることとします。
１）中止することにより大きな研究の損失を被ることになる、長期間にわたって継続している実験を遂行中の研究スタッフ
２）進行中の実験を終了あるいは中断する業務に関わる研究スタッフ
３）生物の世話、液体窒素の補充、冷凍庫修理など研究材料の維持あるいはサーバーの維持のために一時的に入室する研究スタッフ
※ なお、研究室内で 1 人だけで実験・作業することは、大変危険です。やむを得ず 実験・作業をする際には、安全確保・事故防止・連絡体制の確保などにご留意ください。
■ 学内会議は、オンライン会議のみです。
■ 事務体制は、現在進行中の重要な事務を継続するために必要最小限の人数が交替で短時間出勤する体制にし、交代時に相互の面談を避けることとします。その他の職員は原則在宅勤務とします。（出勤者の数を７～８割は減らすこと）

Subject: Raising to Tohoku University Emergency Action Plan for Preventing Spread of COVID-19 Infection Level 4
With the announcement of an emergency situation nationwide, the action plan has been raised to Level 4 ffrom April 17 to May 6 in order to further prevent infection spread at our university. This is the highest priority measure to protect the health and safety of FRIS members, and thus to protect the health and safety of society. We strongly request that all of you are aware of and take actions to prevent the spread of infection.
TU Emergency Action Plan <Level 4>
●The following research staff (depending on circumstances, may also apply to graduate students and researchers) are permitted to enter their laboratories.
1) Research staff who are currently conducting long- term experiments that would experience a significant loss to their research if it stopped.
2) Research staff who are involved with finishing or stopping experiments in progress.
3) Research staff who will enter the laboratories briefly to take care of living organisms, replenish liquid nitrogen, conduct maintenance to preserve research materials such as repairing freezers, or conduct server maintenance.
●On-campus meeting: Online conferences only
●Administrative management system: Only the minimum number of staff necessary are permitted to enter the offices in order to continue important work. In this case, in principle they must enter offices in shifts. They are prohibited to meet with other persons.

Responses at FRIS
From today, it is obligatory to report to the institute director and the office director when FRIS members enter the FRIS building. Make sure to register the enerring date and time, etc. in the form below.
