Due to the upgrading of the Tohoku University Emergency Action Plan (BCP) Level 3 on April 1, 2021, business trips are limited to by permission of the FRIS Director.
If you are planning a business trip that is unavoidable, please apply this form.

4月1日より東北大学の行動指針がレベル2からレベル3に引き上げられたことに対応し、学際研も本指針に沿って添付通知の通り運用いたします。
【特記事項】
今回の改訂及びレベル３への引き上げにより、「出張」については、部局長の許可を得た場合やオンライン開催に限るなど取扱いが厳しくなります。やむを得えない出張を計画する場合は、フォームより申請ください。
