Can you describe the research you are doing now?

It is about space-related development, rockets, and propulsion systems.

What role do AA students play in this research?

They do data analysis using MATLAB and Python, and they also measure pressure and temperature to make graphs about the optimization of rocket fuel.

Can you tell me about any progress or achievements of research with AA students?

Finished three journal papers with one that has just been published (AA’s work saved some time on paper writing). I also got a patent and received funding.

Are there any specific values you emphasize to find the right person for the job?

I will teach the mechanism and equation, so AAs do not have to have professional knowledge beforehand. The most important value is passion.
